Delivery within Israel takes between 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, delivery takes between 10 to 14 business days.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with the tag attached.

Returns: Customers may return items in-person at our boutique or via a tracked postal service. Costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
