At Sand Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in excellent condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Please note that all return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Returns: Customers may return items in-person at our boutique or via a tracked postal service. Costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or item, please follow the same return process. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item (subject to availability). Please note that exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns, and the customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
