Shipping and returns
At Sand Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in excellent condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Please note that all return requests must be made within 8 days from the date of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sandparis.contact@gmail.com or +972 55-500-2491 with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any associated fees for returns will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or item, please follow the same return process. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item (subject to availability). Please note that exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns, and the customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sandparis.contact@gmail.com or +972 55-500-2491. We will make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering a store credit, depending on the situation.
